Ingredients
- 2 Weisswursts (105g each)
- 2 potatoes (100g each), chopped into ½ cm cubes
- 1/3 cup of Olive oil
- 1/4 cup of Shallots, chopped into small pieces
- 2tbsp of Chives, finely chopped
- 1 smashed garlic
- 1 Lemon, juice of
- 2tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of mustard
- 1/4 tsp of freshly ground pepper

In a medium saucepan, bring enough water to cover the Weisswurst to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.

Place the Weisswursts in the simmering water and cook for 10 minutes.

While the Weisswursts are cooking, prepare the Kartoffelsalat.

In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, shallots, chives, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potato mixture and stir to combine.

Once the Weißwursts are finished cooking, remove and let cool before cutting into slices.
