Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons vegan tuna spread
- 10 g black olives
- 10 g diced capsicum (or bell pepper)
Instructions
- Let’s begin by slicing the olives and dicing the capsicum. Make sure to get rid of the pips! :wink:
- Open the package of vegan tuna spread and place the contents of the packet into a bowl.
- Get two slices of whole wheat bread and spread the vegan tuna onto both slices.
- Place the sliced olives and diced capsicum onto one of the slices.
