Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the diced onions to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
