- 175g artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 175g canned spinach, drained and finely chopped
- 175g grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
- Dash of pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 tablespoons vegan sour cream
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Grease a baking dish with a tablespoon of oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated garlic, pepper, and dill. Give it a good mix.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
