Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground red chili peppers
Preparations:
- Preheat your oven to 200C.
- Chop the thyme sprigs into small pieces.
- Peel the garlic and mince.
- In a medium bowlcombine the chopped thymeminced garlicvegetable oiloreganowhite peppercumin and ground red chili peppers.
- Mix the ingredients together to form a paste.
- Rub the paste onto the chicken wings.
- Place the chicken wings into an oven-safe dish.
- Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Knock knock Who’s there? Well-done!
- Transfer the wings to a plate and serve.
