Sosu Okonomiyaki

Ingredients
- 8 oz. plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 2 cups grated cabbage
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 4 large flour tortilla wraps or crushed flat pita bread
- Okonomiyaki sauce
Directions

Start by prepping all of the ingredients.

In a large bowl, add the flour and baking powder and give it a mix until evenly combined.

Add the cold water to the bowl and mix to form a thick batter.

Next, add the grated cabbage and scallions and mix until evenly distributed.

Crack the eggs into the batter and mix until combined.

Now, add the sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix until combined.

Add the vegetable broth and mix until combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

When the pan is hot enough, pour half of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, turn over the okonomiyaki and cook for another 10 minutes.

Take the okonomiyaki off of the pan and onto a plate.

Repeat steps 9-12 with the remaining batter.

On each okonomiyaki, spread a generous amount of okonomiyaki sauce.

To serve, place each okonomiyaki in the center of a tortilla wrap or crushed flat pita bread.

Cut each okonomiyaki into smaller pieces and enjoy!
