- Cook the okonomiyaki-udon: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the udon mixture onto the pan and spread it out into a circle. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve: Drizzle okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise on top of the okonomiyaki-udon. Sprinkle with nori flakes for garnish.
