Ingredients:
- 800g pork shoulder roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 2 cups chicken stock
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

- Place the pork roast into the baking dish and put the dish into the preheated oven.
- Bake for two hours, basting the pork every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
- Once the roast is cooked through, remove it from the pan and let it rest before slicing and serving.
