Ingredients
- 500 g Quark (low-fat cream cheese or ricotta cheese)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pint fresh berries, washed
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

In a medium bowl, add the quark, eggs, cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir together until completely blended.
