- 2 large potatoes
- 2 large eggs
- 200 g quark (curd cheese)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Plain flour for coating
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Peel and grate the 2 potatoes.
- Crack the 2 large eggs into a bowl.
- Soften the butter and add it to the eggs and mix together.
- Add the grated potatoes, quark, and ground black pepper to the mixture and mix it all together.
- Put some flour into a plate and take a spoonful of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
- Place the ball on the plate of flour and roll it around so that it’s completely coated.
- Place the balls on a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
