Ingredients
- 200g plain flour
- 200ml water
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and nutmeg with a spoon.

Add the water, oil and vanilla extract and mix until the ingredients form a smooth, consistent dough.

Cover your hands with a little vegetable oil and roll the dough into small balls, about the size of your thumb.

Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
