Ingredients
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic to the pan. Let them cook until they become fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the pan. Let them cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add sliced red and green bell peppers to the pan. Stir everything together and let them cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper over the vegetables. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through but still have a bit of crunch.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
