- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons poppy seed
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 medium apple, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons fat-free yogurt

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175 °C.

In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, almond butter, poppy seed and melted butter.
