Ingredients
- 500g udon noodles
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onions, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Heat the cooking oil in a medium-sized pan over medium to high heat.
- Add the sliced onions and carrots to the pan, stirring regularly for about 5 minutes.
- Add the udon noodles and mushrooms to the pan, stirring for about 10 minutes.
- While stirring, slowly add the vegetable broth to the pan until completely absorbed by the noodles.
- Add the sesame oil and soy sauce to the pan, stirring for 2 minutes.
- Turn the heat off and serve the Hachu Udon warm.
