Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) full-fat milk
- 525 g (3 3/4 cups) chocolate chips, melted
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk on medium-high heat until little bubbles appear.

Add in the melted chocolate chips and cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the butter.

When everything is melted and combined, let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.

Use a spoon to scoop out tablespoon-sized round balls of mixture (make them as alike as you can) and place them on a plate.

Put the plate of truffes in the fridge until they are cold and firm, about 4 minutes.

Eat the truffes as-is or decorate with your family. Get creative- cut out different shapes from your favourite fruits for extra fun or sprinkle some nuts for a crunch!
