Kacche Kele ki Tikki

Ingredients
- 500 g raw green bananas
- 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 20 cubes soft boiled potatoes
Directions
- Take the green bananas, peel them and mash them into a bowl.
- Add in the chopped ginger, chilies, cumin seeds, chili powder, garam masala, oil, and fresh coriander, and mix together until all the ingredients are blended in.
- Take small portions of the mixture, and shape them into round flat patties.
- In a separate bowl, mash the soft boiled potatoes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the mashed potato onto the green banana patties, and seal it up by pinching the edges.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil to the pan.
- Put the potato patties into the pan and fry them until they turn golden brown.
- Flip the potato patties and fry the other side until golden brown.
- Serve the potato patties with your favorite dip or chutney.
