Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 150 g each)
- 2 tablespoon of canola oil
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of parchment paper or wax paper and lightly pound them with a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once it is hot, add the canola oil and swirl it around.

Sprinkle each chicken breast with the all-purpose flour and place them in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked through to the center.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
