Quail Kebabs

Ingredients
- For the Marinade:
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed to a paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- For the Quail Kebabs:
- 8 boneless quail breasts
- 2 bell peppers, cut into small cubes
- 2 onions, cut into small cubes
Directions
- Begin by making the marinade. In a bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and pepper together.
- Add the quail breasts and bell peppers into the marinade and stir until they are coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the quail breasts and peppers from the marinade.
- To assemble the kebabs, thread the quail breasts onto skewers, alternating with the bell peppers and onion.
- Grill the kebabs for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the quail and vegetables are tender and golden and the quail is cooked through.
- Serve the kebabs warm, with your favorite sides.
