Ingredients
- 300 g Lean Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons White Flour
- 120 ml Vegetable Stock
- 250 g Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked
- 120 ml Sour Cream
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with onion powder and garlic powder. Cook the beef, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Once the beef is cooked through, add the tomato paste and flour, stirring to combine. Cook for 1 minute, then slowly add the vegetable stock, stirring to combine.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the macaroni to the boiling water and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
