- 400g full-fat cream cheese
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ground cardamom
- 50g unsalted butter
- 30g cornstarch
- 6 eggs
- 5 - 6 tablespoons sugar-free Gulab Jamun mix
Directions

Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 Fahrenheit).

Grease an 8-inch round cake tin with butter and dust with cornstarch.

In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and yogurt until combined and smooth.

Add in the ground cardamom and mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, whip together the eggs and sugar-free Gulab Jamun mix until fluffy.

Gently fold the egg mixture into the cream cheese mixture and stir until evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
