Ingredients
- 225g Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 50g Butter, softened
- 2 Eggs
- 375ml Milk
- 250g Fresh Blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Grease and line a 9-inch round cake tin
- In a large bowl, mix the butter, eggs, vanilla and milk until fully combined
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon until fully combined
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until you have one smooth mixture
- Add the blueberries to the mixture and mix until evenly distributed
- Spoon the mixture into the cake tin and spread out into an even layer
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center sits clean
- Allow to cool before serving
