Ingredients
- 225g ribeye steak
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat (around 250°C/400°F).
- In a small bowlcombine the garlic powderblack pepperonion powder and paprika.
- Brush each side of the ribeye steak with the olive oil and generously sprinkle the seasoning mixture on each side. Fun fact: Paprika is made from ground-up red peppers!
- Place the steak on the hot grilland cook for 5 minutes on each side.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving. Knock knock! Who’s there? Steak! Steak who? Steak-ing all the credit for this delicious meal!
