Grilled Cheese Rollups

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
- 4 slices smoked turkey breast (optional)
Directions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread out the slices of bread and brush each side lightly with butter.
- Place a slice of Havarti cheese on each slice of bread. For extra protein, top with a thin slice of turkey breast.
- Roll each slice of bread into a tight roll. (Steve’s tip: Not rollin’ good? Use toothpicks to keep the rollup secured!)
- When the skillet is hot, place each rolled slice in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes, flipping every minute or so to ensure even cooking.
- When golden and cheese is melted, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
