Ingredients
- 2 large onions (cut into 1/2 inch wedges)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Freshly ground black pepper (as much or as little as desired)
