Ingredients
- 500 g (4 cups) gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 5 g (1 teaspoon) freshly ground black pepper
- 5 g (1/2 teaspoon) freshly grated nutmeg
- 5 g (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 g (1 lb) marinara sauce (no sugar added)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C or 392°F.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, black pepper, nutmeg and garlic powder.

Beat the eggs together in a small bowl and add to the dry ingredients. Gently stir the ingredients together to form a dough.

On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and roll into a rope about 3 cm wide (1½ inches). Cut the rope into small pieces, about 2 cm (1 inch) long.

Heat a large pot of salted water to boiling.

Drop the gnocchi pieces into the boiling water one at a time and cook until the gnocchi have risen to the surface.

Remove the gnocchi with a slotted spoon and place in a large bowl.

Drizzle the gnocchi with the olive oil and stir to coat.

Place the gnocchi on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

When the gnocchi are golden brown, remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over the top.
