General Information
Ingredients
- 800g lean pork strips
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup vegetable stock
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the pork strips and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add the onions, garlic, and parsley and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the stock, lemon juice, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until it is a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the cornstarch paste to the pan, stirring continuously, until the liquid thickens.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
