- 1 medium eggplant (200 g)
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed (30 g)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (60 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 mL)
Steps:
