Ingredients
- 2 cups of low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup of dark unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons of semisweet chocolate chips, grated
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil.

Reduce the heat to low and slowly add the cocoa powder and cornstarch, stirring constantly to avoid lumps from forming.

Add the sugar and grated chocolate chips, stir, and continue cooking for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
