Ingredients
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 3 eggs (yolks only)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour
- 125g condensed milk
- 90ml cold water
- 1 piece of lemon peel (finely grated)
- 60g butter

Start by preheating the oven to 175°C (or a low setting).

In a medium pot, combine the skimmed milk, egg yolks, cornstarch or flour and condensed milk. Whisk these ingredients until smooth and creamy. The resulting mixture should be airy and light.

Add the cold water and lemon peel to the mixture and stir until combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased dish and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
