Ingredients
- 4 strawberries - washed, trimmed, and halved
- 4 cherries - destemmed, pitted, and halved
- 100 ml (3.5 oz) full-fat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50 g (1.75 oz) all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions The first step is to preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Then, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is fully incorporated.
Once the batter is made, add in the flour, stirring until no lumps remain and everything has been fully mixed together.
Carefully pour the batter into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Top it with the cut strawberries and cherries.
Bake the clafoutis for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the clafoutis cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
