Ingredients
- 250 ml of Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons of Instant Gelatin
- 2-3 tablespoons of Water
- 50g of Dark Chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)
Directions

Start by melting the chocolate. Break the bars into small squares and place them in a medium bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir. If needed, heat it for 20 seconds more. (Be careful, it can burn easily!).

Meanwhile pour cold cream in the blender and whip until firm peaks form.

Dissolve two tablespoons of gelatin in two to three tablespoons of water, stirring with a spoon until fully dissolved.

Add the melted chocolate and the dissolved gelatin to the whipped cream mixture and mix for at least one minute.

If desired, add two tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix it together.

Pour the mixture into four serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serve the Chocolate Mousse after it’s chilled, sprinkled with optional toppings such as Nutella or cookie crumbles. Bon Appetit!
