Ingredients
- 500g Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Onion powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 Whole-wheat Buns
- 25g Butter
- 4 Cheese Slices
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Lettuce leaves
- 8 Whole Dill Pickles
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 Fahrenheit).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, onion powder, and cinnamon. (Don’t forget the beef’s best friend…the cinnamon! Tastebuds won’t know what hit ‘em!)

Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.

Place the patties on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the patties in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

While the patties are baking, toast the buns with the butter.

Place a cheese slice on each patty and bake for another 5 minutes.

Assemble the burgers by adding the patty, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles into the buns.
