Ingredients
- 4 fresh sardines
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons sake
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Rinse the sardines under cold running water to remove any dirt and debris.

With your hands, firmly press and massage the lemon juice and sake into each sardine. Be sure to evenly coat the entire fish.
