Buffalo Chicken Dip
This delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect toddler recipe for parents in Australia! Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (200g)
- Plain fat-free Greek yogurt (400 g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2/3 cup (65g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (125g) low-fat ranch dressing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.

Add cubed chicken to medium size skillet over low-medium heat.

Cook until chicken is no more pinkthen transfer cooked chicken to a large bowl.

Add Greek yogurtgarlic powderblack pepper and cayenne pepper to cooked chicken and mix.

Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
