Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (200g)
  • Plain fat-free Greek yogurt (400 g)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 cup (65g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125g) low-fat ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.

  3. Add cubed chicken to medium size skillet over low-medium heat.

  4. Cook until chicken is no more pinkthen transfer cooked chicken to a large bowl.

  5. Add Greek yogurtgarlic powderblack pepper and cayenne pepper to cooked chicken and mix.

  6. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.

  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
