Ingredients
- 2 Bombay ducks, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 2 potatoes, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the potato cubes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Add the Bombay duck cubes and onion, and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the garlic and all the spices, and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the oil and black pepper to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for about 2 minutes.

Serve the Bombil Fry with steamed basmati rice and a side of raita (yogurt dip). Enjoy!
