- 2 small tomatoes
- 100g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsleyfinely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Celsius.
- Slice off tops of tomatoesand use a small spoon to carefully remove and discard the seeds from the inside.
- Place tomatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Fill the tomatoes with feta cheese and drizzle the olive oil over the tops.
- Bake for 15 minutesthen sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
- Continue to bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and tomatoes are cooked through.
