Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 50g of flour
- 50g of almond flour
- 50g of vegan butter (or nut butter for peanut allergies)
- 20g of oat flakes
- 25g of sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 20g of ground almonds
- 5g of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Peel and core the apples, then cut into thin slices.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, almond flour, butter or nut butter, oat flakes, sugar, oil, ground almonds, and cinnamon until a crumbly consistency is achieved.
- Grease a round baking dish with oil, then Cover the base of the dish evenly with the apple slices.
- Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the apples.
- Add a few tablespoons of water to the top of the crumbly mixture.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
