Tofu Hamburgers

Ingredients
- 100g extra-firm tofu cubes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 75g bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat, then add the olive oil.
- Cook the diced onion and minced garlic for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft.
- Place the tofu cubes into a food processor and pulse until the texture is crumbly.
- Add the cooked onion and garlic, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the food processor and pulse until everything is well combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 patties and place on the preheated skillet.
- Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side or until the outside is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the burgers in buns, with all your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
