#Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlicminced (5g)
- 2 teaspoons of fresh gingerminced (2g)
- 125 ml light soy sauce (28g)
- 2 tablespoons of honey (16g)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20g)
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar (20g)
- 8 small chicken thighs500 gcut into bite-sized pieces (500g)
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil (5g)
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (1g)
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (14g)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowladd the minced garlicgingerlight soy saucehoneyvegetable oiland rice vinegar. Whisk together until all ingredients are evenly combined.

- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Stir to cover the chicken in the marinade and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200˚C.

- Transfer the marinated chicken onto a lined baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 25 minutes.
