Ingredients
- 500g of fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup of freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of freshly-chopped basil
- A pinch of freshly-ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons of freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
