Pav Bhaji Burger

Ingredients
- 120g Red onion, finely chopped
- 20g Garlic, minced
- 2g Cumin seeds
- 10g Green bell pepper, chopped
- 10g Red bell pepper, chopped
- 20g Tomato, chopped
- 120g Cauliflower, chopped
- 2g Turmeric powder
- 10g Coriander powder
- 8g Pav Bhaji Masala
- 2g Amchur powder
- 10g Coriander leaves, chopped
- 60ml Oil for cooking
- 2 Burger buns
- 30g Butter
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cumin seeds, garlic and onions until they are lightly browned.
- Add the bell peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower, turmeric powder, coriander powder and pav bhaji masala to the pan, and cook them for about 5 minutes.
- Add in 1/2 cup of water and simmer the bhaji for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Finally, add in the amchur powder and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Spread the butter on each side of the buns and toast them in a pan till they become golden brown.
- Stuff the buns with the prepared bhaji and serve with some luscious Coriander chutney.
