Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 200g spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Saute until the onions are translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine.
- Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool down.
- Once cooled, blend the mixture into a smooth puree using a blender.
- Return the puree to the pan and add the cubed paneer. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the Palak Paneer warm with rice or roti.
