Ingredients
- 1 cup (250g) paneer or cottage cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5g) cumin
- 1 teaspoon (5g) coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) amchur
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric and amchur. Stir for 1 minute.
- Add the paneer cubes and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Cook for another 5 minutes or until the cubes are cooked through.
