Ingredients
- 400g firm paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 2 small green bell peppers, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the cumin seeds, and when they start to sizzle, add the onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a pinch of salt to help the onions caramelize a bit.

Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the green bell peppers and sauté for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the paneer cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the freshly ground pepper, red chilli flakes and cilantro and sauté for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with good company!
