Ingredients
- 1 liter water
- 50g miso paste
- 100g tofu, cubed
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
Directions
- First, bring the water to a gentle boil in a medium-sized pot.
- While waiting for the water to boil, carefully slice the carrot into thin slices. Make sure to supervise your little ones when using sharp objects!
