Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 125g white bread, crumbled
- 125ml milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1.5 liters of chicken broth
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, parsley, dill, eggs, bread, and milk. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Add the flour and stir until completely incorporated.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Roll the beef mixture into small balls (30-35 gram).

Fry the meatballs in the oil until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.

Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the paprika, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir for 1 minute.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add the meatballs back into the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
