- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Prep the Tofu: Start by pressing the tofu to get rid of excess water. To do this, wrap the tofu block in paper towels and place a heavy object on top, like a pan or a book. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Marinate the Tofu: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice. Add in the tofu cubes and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Grill the Tofu: Heat a grill pan or a regular pan over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve: Remove the tofu from the pan and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your grilled tofu with your little ones!
