- **Joke time! Why don’t scientists trust atoms? **
Because they make up everything!
-
Take a small spoonful of the lamb mixture and form it into a small patty. Place the patty on a plate and repeat until you have used up all of the mixture. You should end up with 12 small patties.
-
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frypan over a medium-high heat.
- Another joke: What did the fish say when it swam into the wall?
Dam!
-
Working in batches of 4place the patties into the frypan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each sideor until golden-brown and cooked through.
-
Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and repeat with the remaining patties. Don’t forget to add the quartered tomatoes to the frypan after the first batch of patties has cooked - they only need to cook for a minute or two.
-
Once all the patties and tomatoes are cookedyou can assemble the kebabs. Simply alternate between a patty and 2-3 tomato quarters on each skewer.
- Serve the kebabs hot with your favorite side dish or in a wrap - bon appétit!
