Ingredients
- 200g pearl sugar
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 265ml of lukewarm whole milk
- 60g butter
Directions

Pre-heat your oven/gaufrier to 200°C.

- Put the eggs in a medium-sized bowl and beat them until they are slightly frothy.

Take a large bowl and mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder and pearl sugar together.

Add the eggs and butter to the flour mixture and mix together until you have a dough-like consistency.

- Slowly add 265ml of lukewarm whole milk to the mixture and stir until combined.

Grease your oven/gaufrier plate with butter, then place spoonfuls of the dough onto the plate.

Bake the gaufres for about 6 minutes at 200°C or until golden brown.
