Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the eggs and let them cook for 10 minutes.

Once eggs have finished cooking, remove them and place them in a bowl of cold water to cool and stop the cooking.
